I t is excellent to know that on the initiative of our Prime Minister Modiji the UNO has declared 21st as the International Yoga Day. However I think that Yoga is not just one day affai, it has to be practiced everyday. It has to be part of life. Yoga does not mean only physical postures. It is combination of Asanas, Pranayam and Meditation. Yoga means addition
two added to two makes four likewiseadditing asanas, pranayam and meditation to our life makes perfect combination of our mind and body

Every Indian from children to old age may celebrate or participate in the ‘International day of Yoga’ i.e.,21st June by sitting in any Yogic posture according to their capacity for at least 5 minutes in their home or work place and encourage other family members/neighbors to do the same as well as taking the photo of Yogic posture and post it to the social media to show the friends to do the same, may be a good way to celebrate(remember) this Indian traditional culture for peace & harmony.
