It's not enough that Yoga is practiced by some individuals in some pockets of urban life. It has to be integrated into collective life which can improve our health cure disease and save money. Meditation can sharpen our memory and take away stress from our daily life. It should be taken up by local clubs for boys, girls and middle aged separately. Yoga centers can be engaged to teach us practice it correctly. Yoga should not be associated with any particular religion.

Please understand for a young nation, our ministers need to look very youthful trim & fit. That is the reality of the investment world today who gauge the performance & security by the appearance. Make all the key cabinet ministers do Yoga 1~2hrs daily mandatory. Only Yogis carry the skills to bring down fiscal deficit, terrorism to vanish with a strong will, the standards of our hygiene to improve, & overall productivity of economy will rise. I urge PM to take Yogrishi Swami Ramdev seriously

there is some benefits of celebrating the international yoga day but really we can experience the fun of yoga if we introduce yoga in school starting from class1 to 12..
And not just this .govt should also inspect whether yoga is properly taught in the school or not....
