Niti aayog working as new name from last 8 years and could not able to solve any problem of country.
Niti aayog previous name was Planning Commission start since Independence of India.
It could not able to solve any problems of country since Independence.
Mygov.in working from last 8 years and could not able to launch single idea from public, and could not solve single problem of country.
Both organisations neither want to solve any problems of country, nor going to support people who try to apply any solution for any problem.
न खुद कार्य करेगें न जनता को कार्य करने देंगे।

You wrote correctly that
"Our civilisational values have taught us the importance of living in harmony with nature."
I find that everything written in our scriptures.
But government education system do not focus on our scriptures content.
How to keep water pure, how to deal with garbage.
Our old village were following zero waste management.
How to keep control air pollution.
Old scriptures call देवता to all five elements -water, air, earth, sky and fire.
Trees, river and animal are worshipped.
Government follow western country system.
Our Government education system follow western country education syllabus
Government only talk but do not act.

How to Avoid Cyber crime
Highly qualified youth usually have a dream to get their core job with handsome package.
When youth fail to get job according to their aim and dream, they just became crazy to earn money in any or the other way being in the burden of education loan, family responsibilities and many more.
Now, in this stage they switch thier mind to round the clock.
Few starts using thier higher qualification for cyber crime
Few makes group then enlarge and create a gang, inviting teenagers to follow thier instructions.
Teenagers being in frontend, they are cought by public and police. teenagers life get spoilled.
My suggestion is
While studying, they should learn following:
1. Ready to do any job not in search of only thier core related job.
2. Thier education is to help the people, serve the country, create the way for younger generation.
I hope, the craziness of earning money should not be the primary thing.

Sir Pranaam,
I feel every MLA and MP should take initiative to solve the problem of their Constituency by making DECLARATION ON EVERY SUNDAY WHAT HE ACHIEVED (previous week)AND WHAT HE WANTS TO ACHIVE in the coming week. Only one or two achievable tasks.
Let us say I will get ward no xx cleaned or seawae cleaned or poholes filled up or medical check up for senior citizens
Follow it every week and move to higher and larger areas of conern.
People involvement and clarity of mind will ppush India to Next level within six months.

Climate change (Global warming) has been considered as the most pressing environmental issue. It is influenced by human activities through the production of green house gases such as methane and carbon dioxide.
A warmer climate increases public health challenges like heat aggravated illnesses, increases in vector borne diseases, and decreased access to safe water and food. Cutting short-lived climate pollutants can slow the rate of warming and lower public health risks.
Firstly, we must stop deforestation in all forms. Do not cut down more trees as it will only worsen the level of carbon dioxide in the air. Instead, encourage people to plant even more trees to create a fine balance in nature. Moreover, it reduces the usage of energy everywhere.
