Taxes and duties on cars should be raised, parking costs need to be increased and public transport needs to be developed and the railway network needs to be further expanded.
Since India is already a tropical country with summer temperatures reaching over 35°C in most parts of India, the government needs to spend o R&D center to work on hybrid combustion engines which can use the excess heat generated to break down water into hydrogen which can then be reused to power these engines.

we see in some areas flood every year, can't we do anything about that like making borwell or canals or something
rain water harvesting in cities because all pure water goes into waste water
make electricity for agriculture purpose more handy and reach
don't waste money for making boundaries around jungle it's of no use

Cues should be taken from China which prevented desertification and successfully carried out reforestation.
The aim is to use satellite imagery over the last two decades and identify areas where deforestation is spreading due to natural causes and reforestation needs to be carried out over the boundaries to prevent winds from further spreading this deforestation.
