Involving the students and local citizens:
There are many schemes which are being implemented by the government but the government alone cannot turn polluted towns into beautiful cities so the youth and the citizens of the country must also be encouraged to participate in environment friendly activities.
It can be done in a variety of ways including competitions. But taking Nagar Van Scheme as the point of concern, here I would like to discuss ways in which citizens can get involved in that.
1. The government can star new schemes like this one in which each locality has a little garden or a park to sustain the environment.
2. The government can encourage people to participate in the Nagar Van scheme and plant new trees by the roadside.
3. The government can get small unmettaled lakes dug at convenient places before monsoons so that some surface water is also available in hot areas.
4. The government can encourage the property dealers to build parks in each locality...etc.

Government should not give approval for real estate promotors if they plant adequate tress in their residential apartments. Each apartment should have needed trees and adequate park facility with greenery inside the complex.
While doing expansion of road works Corporation or local bodies should ensure adequate number of plants are planted before cutting a tree. If possible they should try to shift the tree to a vacant land instead of cutting it completely.
Forest Department should produce seed balls and saplings and distribute them to all schools and colleges and involve the students to plant them as a project. Give them a participation certificate whenever they participate in tree saplings planting drive.
All MLAs and MPs should compulsorily contribute 10% of their salary to protect the environment in their constituency. They should clean the river or lakes and maintain them. Illegal sand mining and minerals should be completely banned completely across the country.

Water Logging on Metropolitan & Big City , Tier 2 to Tier 4 City Roads :
Often roads of metropolitan big city & tier 2 to 4 City Roads face the problem of water logging in monsoon rainy season. Due to this commuters face traffic problem & reach their destinations after inordinate delay. Most importantly higher the traffic congestion higher the consumption of fossil fuels & higher the release of fossil fuel emissions from vehicles. To overcome this problem Corporations & Municipalities can deploy vehicles which absorb water logged on the roads release them in safe places. subsequently authorities can arrange to fill the potholes to prevent the further water loggings.

Universities each at Southern Northern & Western Parts of the country. The purpose of establishing three more CAUs is to build more agropreneurs inventing high growth seeds improving soil fertility through technology inventing methods to shift focus from paddy wheat cultivation to other demand driven crop variants. Some of the highly talented students of CAUs can help ICAR in finding solutions to challenges faced by Indian Agriculture Sector.

GOI has established Central Agriculture University at Imphal Manipur in the year 1993. There are ample higher education institutions in the fields of Science & Technology Management & Medical viz IITs IIMs & AIIMS , but very few institutions like CAU of Manipur. Day by day Growing industrialization is leading to depletion of farm lands . Farmers & Governments are taking help of harmful pesticides & insecticides to boost productions, which invariably causing long-term sicknesses to the humans. In this backdrop there is urgent need for building agropreneurs through high quality agriculture universities like CAU Imphal. Agropreneurs will help boosting productions organically or using less pesticides through hitech agriculture methods viz. Hydroponics Vertical Farming Green House Farming Poly House Farming Drone based Agriculture etc. All these hitech agriculture farming methods use lesser spaces & help in higher yields. GOI can establish another three Central Agriculture
