Freelance Designers like me are facing huge problem because of GST .I get my payment for commissions from various POD sites like Redbubble , Zazzle , Weaveup , Society6 via paypal . Paypal transfers it next day into our bank accounts .before GST the amt transferred was without a deduction of 18 percent . We cannot get this refunded like other business person who have a GST no. If income threshhold is less for what is needed for GST then why are we losing 18% of our earnings ? Needs a look

Dear Sir/Madam, I am a freelance IT professional. Since the implementation of GST, my expenses have increased. 99% of the times, I file nil returns for GSTR-3B, but I am paying Rs. 1000/- every month to my CA for filing those returns. For GSTR-1, I pay additional Rs. 2000/-. Can you please make filing GST for NIL RETURNS as optional for independent entrepreneurs like me? It would help us save our hard earned money. Thanks !!! Hari

Respected Ma'am, I think the tax exemption should be raised to 5 lacs but with a condition that x percent of amount should be there as savings in banks or as investment. in either ways this model will help india with savings

Full deduction on interest on housing loan should be provided irrespective of let out or self occupied property. Currently, there is a ceiling of INR 2 lakhs per annum. This creates a cash loss to the individuals and also as it is a cash outflow for the individuals and income for banks, the individuals should not be restricted on the interest on housing loan deduction.
