Dear Union Minister, Kindly reconsider the 100 days of employment under "Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme". This is scheme is good for poor peoples but the same is against farmer's. Those who are part of 100 day job they are not doing work. They are simply sitting in the filed and coming back. Not even working for 1 or 1 and half hour... Its an huge blow. Due to this scheme labors are not coming for farm work, we are facing verify difficult and struggle to complete.

Now most businesses are runing below 6/8% margin which can not afford for accounting charges (agency business) to show income how can they declered 6 or 8 % profit, for real accounting status can be audited & declare less actual profit. But what about fee of CAs to resuce work load they asking larg fee unofficialy is fact, without wrighting demand of fee we can not complent this, for every loan bank asking it return even for below 2 lakhs also. What to do then?

Include family filing. Family can file the combined income. We can have deduction per person. This will help family bonding and also encourage them to live with older parents because of tax benefit We can use aadhar link to avoid fraud. We can even pay the deduction directly to dependant and avoid all other subsidy.

We as Youth for Equality submit this memorandum. Please find attached the pdf where we have detailed our inputs. In the Union budget 2018-19, Rs. 95000 crores was allocated or the welfare of SC,ST,OBCs and Minorities . But the General Category has been completely left out of any social welfare schemes and no funds are being allocated for their development. We request you to allocate funds and extend Social welfare schemes for General Category also in this budget with immediate effect.

Please subsidise the cattle fodder. Cattle population is decreasing due to lack of grazing land. Open a part of the forests for grazing. Or subsidise cattle fodder like dry grass. We are purchasing dry grass rs.10 per kg or green grass 5 RS.per kg. Cow dung is needed for cultivation. Therefore subsidise cattle fodder.

if gross receipts as per 26AS are reported/reconciled to the satisfaction of the AO, credit for TDS as appearing in 26AS shall be given automatically. At present credit is given short citing technical reasons. To avoid rectification and litigation and paper demands it shall be mandated for automatic credit if gross receipts as per return and 26AS are matching in scrutiny assessment.

Cattle fodder is expensive. Subsidise it. Recently you announced 14000 crores for cattle vaccination. Divert that money for subsidising cattle fodder. Farmers are not maintain cattle due to high price of dry grass or dry fodder.
