In order to make the Union Budget-making process participative and inclusive, the Ministry of Finance has sought inputs from citizens for the last several years. This year too, the Ministry looks forward to hearing from you on your suggestions for the Union Budget which will be presented in the Parliament in the upcoming session.

Citizens from all walks of life are welcome to be a part of this democratic exercise. You can submit your suggestions either directly in the comments box or attach a PDF document.

We seek your valuable ideas to continue the tradition of the Union Budget incorporating the citizens’ aspirations. The last date for submissions on this forum is 20th June 2019.

I own a reprocessing unit on plastic . We manufacture plastic crates from waste plastic which attracts 5% GST whereas finished goods attract 18 %GST. Would request to reduce GST to 5% as these reprocessedcrates are used by farmers and small traders

Namaste Modi jii, Problems in School Education: Childrens are not getting proper Education due to lack of Infrastructure, Quality and Focus in Government Schools and private Education is very costly and burden to common man and poor people. Solution: Every Children should get equal level of free and quality Education. For Example: Chief Minister children and daily labour children should join and get same level of Quality Education in Government Schools and NO private schools. - Channareddy

Retired employees from public and private sectors throughout the country is getting a small amount of pension and requested employees provident fund organisation to enhance reasonably. As EPFO denied,we approached courts & many given verdict in our favour.EPFO field case in Apex Court. You are requested to intervene & settle the issue by keeping in your mind that every free scheme of any government is much more than our present pension . Many pensioners are passing away without getting justice.
