Tax on Home loan principle and Interest
Tax paid on income received , then why not on all the expense incurred.
please increase the cut off on interest paid on home loan
this will also help to meet housing for all as more number of lol will get attracted to buy homes
and also more money in hands of individual will increase savings and cash flow in system.
Regards

Now-a-days, the biggest problem is water scarcity & pollution.
1. All lakes should be restored and conserved
2. Polluting lakes and rivers should be treated as crime
3. Due to increase of population, Government should think of making artificial lakes
4. Water harvesting & ground water recharging should be made mandatory
5. Water harvesting facilities in every property should be mandatory verified & certified by the authority at regular intervals. Exceptions should be penalized.

Dear team,
About 118 crore litres of water go down the drain, literally, in India every day. In any house people use the commode for toilet as well as urinal so it shoud be made mandatory for the manufactureres and RERA approved builders to use Smaller toilet tanks(like EU countries)with two seperate knobs for toilet and urine use. To save water Places like hotels, airports, and public toilets shall install Flush-Me-Not systems.

Subject : LOAN REPAYMENT by the central and state government.
The loan taken by the government from world bank and other organisations should be repaid within the duration by respective party in power.
The unpaid debt when carried over to the new government will not only overburden them by obstructing their implementation of new schemes but also restrict people from getting benefits.
Hence by implementing this, the unnecessary fund taken by central and state gov can be controlled.

To Hon. Finance Minister of India,
Being from a profession which provides healthcare services, I have realized that it is difficult for people to get a mediclaim policy. Moreover, central govt. charges 18% service tax on this. This becomes too expensive for the person. Primarily, it is the govt's duty to provide healthcare to all the nation's citizens through govt. establishments. So, my request to you is to please remove service tax, atleast from buying mediclaim policies.

Dear Sir or Madam,
An hour of every citizen in a month should be dedicated to serve the
nation. Be it planting trees or any activity that is useful in their locality.
The nation hour is only to improve better living environment.
