1. Strong recovery policy on Loans, all PSU banks have more struggle due to non returnable loans. Form the committee to have review on quarterly basis like every company released the result. Get it certified Whether loan amount used as per the proposals. If any deviation make sure to band company/person and take over there assests immediately. Instead takikng action once all went their from hands.

1. Tax filing should be mandatory for every Indian citizen 2. Any sort of compensation and reservation must be stopped. 3. Mandatory free education for families earning below Rs.5,00,000 only if the person has filed the tax. 4. Cash transactions not more than Rs.5000 per year should be allowed. 6. No tax for senior citizens 7. Either make a provision to give pension to all or nobody 8. Misuse of govt funds and public properties in advertising/marketing of ruling/non ruling parties

Honourable Finance Minister, There is tremendous scope to encourage charity for uplifting marginal sections of Society. One possibility could be to encourage citizens by offering them some Tax relief so that donation towards charitable activities would see quantum jump from earlier years and every citizen feels being partner in this activity.
