Needed:
No GST for the value of old gold ornaments that we give at shops for buying new jewels or to encashment.
Results expected:
1. Automatically import of gold will reduce.
2. More recycled gold will come into system.
3. INR will get strong.
4. Will encourage all Jewellers to come into billing system...
I'm 100% confident of above results because, instead of reducing Import duty by more than 3%, this above move will help govt, public and Jewellers interms of bringing down imports

Government must keep sufficient budget for solar energy generation and rain water harvesting. We must plan to make India self sufficient in energy in next five years, irrespective of increasing energy demand with time. We must invest enough budget in plantation and water reservation, so that we can be the richest as far as the resource of water is concerned.

The steep rise in retail consumer price index from 100 in 2012 to 142 in May 2019 (CEIC Data) warrants increase of at least ₹ 50,000 in zero-tax limits for all taxpayers. Many senior citizens may not need to fill many pages of ITR-1 (new); so a simpler ITR-1 be provided for them, and the new ITR-1 be re-numbered ITR-1A for others' use.

2. Eligibility to claim :
a. Food based on a ceiling as required
b. other travel bills as deduction from Income which can be streamlined in a way that both the parties declare their PAN in the transaction & report it for such deduction
c. Qualifying amount can be restricted to 2 months Basic+DA

Since a majority of India's population is dependent on agriculture, it is important to raise agricultural income. However, raising of MSP can only be a short term measure and also with a risk of inflation and difficulties to be faced by Agro based industries. So we need to have a long term solution like improvement in the basics like soil testing, spreading of river irrigation facilities and other scientific measures towards increase in productivity and bringing it at par with advanced countries

Respected Madam, cement, steel & fertiliser could well be taxed at the barest minimum rate which would lead to increased construction & agricultural activities. it, in turn ,would unlock the value of land & labour leading to possible double digit gdp rate. food inflation & interest rates would come down. fundamental economy would have a sea change. it could warrant rerating by FIIs.Rupee may get appreciation.Creation of strategic fertiliser raw material reserves could also be considered.
