Top most priority is to build 2-3 bed rooms 9-15 stories apartment buildings in slums area like Dharavahi in Mumbai and give it those who are living there. This is will help to improve the environment, to control health related issues, crimes etc. They must be well built by company like Raheja, L & T or TATA group.

Representation regarding Amendments to Section 46, Section 46(1), Section 46(2) and Section 54 of Income Tax Act, 1961
I would like to submit to your honorable self the discrepancies in the current law regarding taxation of Long Term Capital gains on money or any assets received by the share-holders from a unlisted company on liquidation and the subsequent exemption provisions.

Another suggestion is to give special attention to organic farming, which has potentiality to increase farmers income to great extent. Even agricultural product can be exported and country can earn a lot of revenues from it. Government should not give any further importance to chemical fertiliser. No subsidy on chemical fertiliser, more and more subsidy on organic fertilisers. Try to make organic compost at the household level itself so that landfills can no longer pollute the environment.

As a Section 8 company involved in R&D activities in charitable arena, lack of sufficient income from services to offset the large GST output payments is leading to huge financial burden. Any Exemption or Refund will lead to have sufficient extra funds for more R&D work in the interest of the weaker sections of the Indian Society. We request that you consider outright GST Exemption for a non profit charitable research Institution or refund of GST paid on procurement on inputs (goods & services).
