1. Give some special discount to income tax payer as monetary discount to railway ticket, electricity bill, extra subsidy, Priority at any govt place or in service. It is just because I am paying income tax so can access the services if my neighbors not paying income tax then they will not eligible.
2. Make income tax filling mandatory to all. It can be submit at any bank or post offices. If anybody fails to submit tax declaration he or she is not eligible for any govt subsidy like Gas etc.

Sachha Aviyan has made good progress. It has to do lot more. We must give attention to cleaning the drainage systems well. This is towards cleanliness. Enough funds should be kept for this. This budget must keep enough scope for India green too. We must plant trees at the side of rivers, roads, rail lines using Miyawaki methods. Here, many many needy Indians will get employment opportunity. In next 5-10 years we want to see the entire country clean and green.

Please provide free education upto 12th grade and it must be mandatory for every family. Also, Govt. must open new primary schools to challenge private primary school being run by Missionaries.

Please provide Rs. 100,000.00 for upto two children in the form of FD which can be cashed once the kids reach to 18 years age for the family who will commit for no more than two kids. If the family fails and have more kids, it automatically becomes null & void. They must prove that they have only two kids when the FD is matured. This is best way to control the population, educate & support the poor family. It is a win win plan. India must have plan to control the population.

E-scrutiny and e-appeals in direct and indirect tax segments are still on paper; they need to be implemented vigorously. Please enforce it strictly; officials are bent on avoiding it for various reasons.

Present system of issuing circulars to generate new areas of taxes, which are not intended in the Finance Act, should be done away with. Officials should be advised to go by the provisions of the Act rather than give over pitched demands based on circulars which are purely meant for revenue maximization without any regard for principles of equity and fair play and non-adversarial taxation principles.
