1. in case of partnership concerns deduction for partners remuneration and interest on partners capital should be allowed from deemed profit (as in past) while opting for income declared u/s 44AD. Because it is an hardship on the persons doing business in partnership. 2. Income Tax rate on partnership concerns to be reduced to 25% as on small companies only 25% tax rate is applicable.

Dear Finance Minister We know that a fundamental right enshrined in the constitution is the right to property. However, lots of owners of property, like flat or house are deprived from the right by their tenants. The law is so biased in favour of the tenants that lots of property are lying unused in apprehension that it will be taken over by the tenants. It stalls the progress of the real estate industry also. It deprives many owners of flats or houses from their legitimate income.

Please reduce the higher education loan interest to a bare minimum as the current rate is higher than a housing loan or car loan which is truly detrimental to the interest of student Community. Students are the asset and future of the nation and the current interest rates dissuade the poor and genuine students to obtain a loan due to high interest rates.
