1. Depreciation rates schedules should be same under the Companies Act and Income tax Act so that unnecessary different computation and reconciliation for computation of tax may be avoided.
2. No penalty for late filing of Income Tax Returns up to 31st March be levied on senior citizens.
3. Interest on IT refunds to be at par with interest charged for late payment of tax.

• Banks to encourage community farming instead of low land holding farmers farming. GEO Tagging should be made compulsory and firm for land owner’s security. This will change mind change for farming.
• Power availability for farming. If farmer productivity increases, production will improve and industry will survive.

Farmers Should be given the first preference.
Thungabhadra Dam in Hospet have capacity of 130tmc, but due to age and inflow , it is filled with mud and full storage capacity reduced to 100tmc. last year DAM gates opened and almost more than 100 tmc of water left to rivers as flow is high.
If that water is stored properly, farmers wouldn't have to face drought.
A mere 1000 crore allocated to this project, will fulfill farmers dreams.

My points are
• Uniform GST on ENA
• Assumption of sugar price for calculating FRP for sugar cane and MSP same
• Budget to farmer assistance for improving productivity, community farming / drip irrigation to save water and mechanical harvester to farmers. This will create huge rural employment. Community farming for large land will create agri-service providers.

1. It is impossible for a farmer to remit the principal amount with interest during the time of yearly renewal of Crop Loan. The Loanee may remit the interest only for the renewal of agricultural loan.
2. scale of finance should be increased according to the cost of labour, manure inputs etc. in the area of cultivation.
3. Subsidy should be given to pottash same percentage as of uriea.
