In order to make the Union Budget-making process participative and inclusive, the Ministry of Finance has sought inputs from citizens for the last several years. This year too, the Ministry looks forward to hearing from you on your suggestions for the Union Budget which will be presented in the Parliament in the upcoming session.

Citizens from all walks of life are welcome to be a part of this democratic exercise. You can submit your suggestions either directly in the comments box or attach a PDF document.

We seek your valuable ideas to continue the tradition of the Union Budget incorporating the citizens’ aspirations. The last date for submissions on this forum is 20th June 2019.

I suggest that Income Tax on Agriculture Income may be considered with much more exemption limit say of Rs.10 lac. It will on the one hand increase the revenue substantially but also check the conversion black Money being converted into White money without any real Farm Produce from the said to be Farm Houses.

Respected Madam,Congrats on your becoming F.M.of India.We belong in middle class and our next generation depends largely on our retirement corpus for their livelihood as they are mostly jobless.Therefore,our money that are kept in Banks should be fully secured(not upto only 1 lakh) and there should be higher amount of I.Tax exemption on interest earned.We expect a positive reflection of it in the coming budget.Thank you and wish you success in the new assignment.Mr.Kajal Mukherjee from W.B.

The Government has adopt for wider fiscal deficit at 3.5% of GDP for 2018-19 and project 2018-19 deficit at 3.3% of GDP . Higher fiscal deficit not good for government credibility and FDI among other things.

1. The prevailing agricultural crop loan of 3 lakhs with interest subsidy of 3 percent should be raised to 6 lakhs with the same interest subsidy. 2. Working hours of all banks in India must be uniform. Working hours should be 10 am to 4 pm. eg. Now in Canara Bank working hours 10 am to 3.30 pm. Now in IOB, Syndicate Bank woking hours 10 am to 4 pm.

My suggestions for Union Budget are as given below: 1. Allocate budget for Energy & Environment Conservation for each state including UTs and make each of them responsible and accountable for outcome of budget spending in following activities. a. Tree Plantation in each state and its regular maintenance to achieve highest survival rate (more than 90%). A competition can be organised among the states. b. Water Conservation: Water conservation by the reduction in use, innovative ideas as well a

THE CPC ADJUST DEMAND OUTSTANDING AGAINST REFUND WITH OUT GIVING AN OPPORTUNITY TO THE ASSESSEE TO EXPLAIN THE STATUS OF THE DEMAND. THE ASSESSING OFFICER IN SPITE OF REPEATED LETTERS BEING FILED FOR REDUCING THE DEMAND BY GIVING CREDIT FOR THE TAX PAYMENTS DOESN'T TAKEN ACTION AND THE DEMAND OUTSTANDING REMAINS THE SAME. SIMILARLY THE CPC DOESN'T INTIMATE FAILURE OF REFUND ISSUED TO THE ASSESSEE TO TAKE CORRECTIVE ACTIONS.

Respected madam, Insurance is also not available with many insurance companies except government Niramaya scheme which also takes lots of time and process to get this insurance. It will be good if Niramaya can be processed through private insurance agencies or ask these private insurance agencies to have insurance for these special kids.

Nirmala sitaraman ji I request you to give motives to integrated forming. it includes monetary support to formers for farm pond, start machinery rent centres at gram Panchayat level, 80% subsidised solar energy for motor pumps. integrated market system for agri produce. kindly diversify all schemes to gram Panchayat level
