To, Hon'ble Finance Minister - Smt Nirmala Sitharaman, Hello Ma'am, The Indian Share Market is one of the fascinating market considered by the world. H'ver 1 thing is that Minors cannot open trading account (demat they can open). Can we change The Indian Contract Act, 1872 and Indian Maturity Act, 1875 to some extent, so that Minor can also open Trading Account freely? For sure, Guradian/ Parents HAS TO BE LIABLE FOR ANY WRONG DOINGS. This will affect Indian Share Market positively.

By This They Get Into Trouble With Pending GST I Requst You Just Show Transaction On MSME Name, And Deposit In Escrow Account To Be Paid In Case Of Return

Madam, in GST annual Return, there is a problem that monthly GSTR 1 summary is not matched with annual GSTR 1 summary and monthly GSTR 1 summary which is generated by GST portal is not matched with monthly filed GSTR 1 return. Further, in our opinion, interest occuring due to late filing of return after due date should be auto populated, same as penal fee is being auto populated.

Benefit under section 10AA to companies exporting to UNICEF and delivering goods in India under the directions of UNICEF: This is a case where UNICEF directs the Indian manufacturers to deliver the vaccines to the respective consignees, including in India. The Indian manufacturers request to provide Section 10AA benefit in cases where goods are exported to UNICEF but delivered in India under the instructions of UNICEF. Reliance can be placed on similar provisions under Customs duty and GST.

Leakage of Revenues at all levels - from Village / Zilla Panchayat / Towns/ Municipal Corporations/ GST / Income Tax / Customs - all have enough Revenue Intelligence to figure out who does not pay Taxes - Direct & Indirect. All that is needed is a complete revamp of Administration and Enforcement. An Honest Tax Payer gets notices - salaried people, and people who file returns with all details - it's easy for Tax Officials . But they don't have the conviction to get Evaders.
