The education loan amount I'm repaying is 200 - 225% more than the principal borrowed. For an 8.5L sum borrowed, the end amount I've been asked to repay by the bank is close to 19L. For the 2.20L loan I borrowed for my UG, I've paid close to 5.2L so far and still the bank says I've 1L outstanding because the interest rates have been increased twice since I borrowed. 60% of my salary is spent on this every month and for the next 7 years. Please don't make education to become a choice or regret.

As a gynaecologist of 36 yrs experience and a campaigner for waste management for 10 years. The current govt schemes to distribute disposable sanitary pads to women is faulty. “Green the Red”, a growing movement of women across India is advocating the use of reusable menstrual hygiene products cloth pads or menstrual cups. Cloth pads have undergone innovation, are leak proof, more comfortable and last 2-3 years, while the menstrual cup lasts 6-8 yrs, produces no trash and is very comfortable

BSNL,which is the livelihood of over 2 lakh direct & indirect employees., is the only reliable telecom service especially during the time of natural calamities,,is already a proved fact. But, unfortunately all the previous Govts. treated its own child with discrimination, denying a level playing ground in cut throat competition with private players. BSNL should be granted 4G/5G licences & LOC for taking bank loans for its developmental activities,as an emergency life medicine for its revival
