A suggestion for coming budget, for GST on online business, let there be no registration for GST for turnover, let's say a annual turnover of 20 laks or any such turnover criteria. Many are doing small business, why for them no such excemption. For small traders such excemption is available, why not for online sellers too?

A special category under GST, for products which are not good (like tobacco based products, carbonated drinks etc...) for health must be created. A heavy GST rate under this category will bring consumption down. Advertisements do not help as these are addictive products. This will not only help in creating healthy society but reduced expenses on medical sector.

Incentivize cashless payments and dis-incentivize cash payments. Eg: Enforce all car, truck, etc mfrs to install FastTag stickers (for toll payments on hwys) on every new vehicle produced. Also incentivize FastTag use by enforcing that toll operators keep 60% of lanes dedicated for FastTag enabled vehicles. Furthermore, train and enforce toll operator to levy Rs 10 penalty if a non-FastTag vehicle enters a FastTag lane. If this is not done, then FastTag system will never take off. See attached.

Dear Madam, I suggest to REMOVE DIVIDEND TAX. It will be a game changer for 'Stock Market. The investors will flock the market which is currently rare. The 'X' factor is missing in the market. With removal of dividend tax, Sensex will bounce back & may even touch 50,000 in future. The valuation of companies will go up & multiply 2-3 times which will lead to more money from FDI. The Government Companies also will get good valuation & have to dilute less equity. Thanking you, Umesh

Can Govt take measures to motivate Agriculture. Farmers need to be equipped with better technology, guidance on crops to sow, price protection, stand bad weather and courage to face un-certainities (no suicides). They need help - monetary and non-monetary. I am increasingly seeing IT processionals move to agriculture. The Govt should become the Influencer and push individuals, Organizations and state Govts into improving and increasing farming. I read M&M inspiring story with sugarcane crops

- We need rain water harvesting sonner or later and need water reservoyor to be taken special care, especially in tamilnadu, else people will die for water, no local minister would care for water maintenance.. - food we eat is mostly chemical mixed - we want strict laws - We need very strict laws for govt employees as they get salary and to get the work done, they need commision for each and every work to be done is the situation in most of state govt office , else it will take lot of time

All the exemptions to individual tax payers, other than the real savings (already in place via 80CC), housing loan, education loan & expenses on illness, must go. Please keep the IT law & IT return form very simple so nobody needs a CA to file a return.
