Hi Sir/Madam, As a entrepreneur, I would suggest you to setup Union Financial aid centers in each district for newly born small businesses/manufacturer/traders. ( Specifically 0-6 month old startup). These centre should provide cheap interest loans unlike current rates 14-19 % P.a and have their own dedicated lending bank .It should operate on the basis of passport online system or we can also integrate it with current mudramitra portal. Please find attached file with more details. Thanks

Govt should focus on Education - this is very much needed for a BRIGHT India by 2025. But at the same time, we should not strive for too big a step and not achieve anything. Ask is: Can Govt focus on 1 Govt school in 10 districts of India and make it a role model by providing good education. This can slowly increase to 5 schools in 10 districts and so on..

To, The Hon'ble FM Chit Funds perevalent before the evolution of banking, bridge a major credit gap between the banking and non-banking financial intermediaries. Over-regulation is a major concern for the growth of our industry. We appeal to your Honour to consider relaxation in GST, in order to enable us to enhance our participation in the National Financial Inclusion Programme. Detailed memorandum attached herein.

1) Please remove the provision which allows Nagar Panchayats collecting tolls from the vehicles entering their area. This puts hurdle on traffic and also result in wastage of precious fuel. 2) Please bring tree plantation under MNAREGA. This will make the villages green specially in Himalayan region.
