Dear Madam,
My request is intended to reduce undue hardship of salaried employee who receive arrears of salary. Many employees especially govt employees receive the salary arrears after years of wait. The employer does not pay any interest to the employees on this salary arrears, BUT THE INCOME TAX DEPARTMENT CHARGES THEM INTEREST U/SEC 234B AND 234C ON THIS ARREARS as it refuses to consider relief u/s 89(1) while computing interest. Please amend sec 234B & 234C to deduct reilef u/s 89(1).

Government can extend Ayushman Health Scheme to all citizens of India and premium can be paid by the interested person if he is not entitled as per income level. Economic premium will encourage every body to get covered for treatment cost and level of Health Care will improve in Country. However, availability of medical facilities need to be strengthened.

Respected Finance Minister
I have following suggestions to make
1. Income tax from pension should be waved off, as it's not a salary but a reward from employer after serving for many years, it's for the lively hood of the family of retired person, hence to be excluded from income
2. Theft of income tax, to be considered theft against the revenue of government property to be read over in the definition of THEFT under section 378 of IPC. Should be considered as a Non bailable offence

Pension Payable to retired bank employees has not been revised with every revision of Pay Scale of the existing bank employees. The issue has not been addressed by Indian Bank Association(I.B.A.) and the banks for a long time. The Supreme Court has held that Pension is a right and NOT A BOUNTY and that Revision of Pay Scales and Revision of Pension are not inseparable. Hence upgradation of pension is also a RIGHT AND NOT A BOUNTY. The matter needs early resolution in favour of bank employees.

Indian Wind Power Association
7 years 2 months ago
Indian Wind Power Association: Accelerated Depreciation (AD) at 80% was the main driver of growth for Wind Energy. In fact, 70 % of 8000 MW of wind energy installed in TN were by SMEs till 2017, when the AD was reduced from 80% to 40%. This has adversely impacted growth in wind energy investment by SMEs of textiles, casting etc. Since April 2017, there has been no investment in wind energy by any SMEs in Tamil Nadu or elsewhere. Investment in Wind Energy promotes rural development,

Dear Madam,
India is a software giant, but what about hardware? In our electronic industry it is again “Assemble in India”. The Budget should take powerful initiatives to encourage the Electronics industry, from the stage of design and production of ICs. We have to ensure that most common electronic gadgets are made in India by Indians.
The Electronic industry has tremendous employment potential.
Regards,
Jayakrishnan K
