1. Income Tax for Partnership Firms and LLPs be lowered to 25% , similar to as applicable for Small Companies.
2. Income Tax limit and deduction u/s 80C be increased at least by Rs. 50,000/- each.
3. Exemption of Agricultural Income be restricted to only Individuals and HUF with a threshold limit of land and limited to Rs.2,50,000/- only. Sale of agricultural should attract TDS and Aadhar should become PAN for purpose.

Respected Madam, I refer to the provision under IT Act section 54EE announced in the budget of 2017. This was a welcome provision for people like me who made real estate transactions expecting to exempt the LTCG from taxation by utilising 54EC & 54EE. Unfortunately till date, the instruments/bonds that can facilitate 54EE have not been notified and people like me are unable to use the provision 54EE. Could you please notify the instruments/bonds for facilitating Section 54EE urgently? Thanks.

Unlisted shares
IT dept is asking for details of unlisted shares from everybody from Kanyakumari to Kashmir without any monetary limit. I do not know how far such an exercise will be useful. Small investors might not have kept any track of such things. It is only those persons above the value of 5 lakhs based upon the peak price during the previous financial year should disclose in FNo 2 and not everybody .Others can file form no 1

'Tax Payer's Pension Fund'
TPPF
An Individual pays tax to the gov. whenever he earns money beyond taxfree limit,
but in one's life time never remain same, there will be days when at certain age person can not be able to earn but thought he need certain amount to survive.
The idea of TPPF is for them only who have paid I. tax throughout their life, gov. shall deduct certain amount from the amount paid by the taxpayer for his Pension Fund. And that amt.will be paid back him after 60yr as pension

Pls consider River linking seriously and provide some funds to move in this Idea.
Also encourage every citizen to pay tax .... Honor the high taxpayers in public. Tax- authorities shouldn’t be too dominant in front of common tax payers.
