1. Look at the luxury car sales and track income tax returns of such buyers. You can fix what is termed as luxury. 2. For MGREGA, provide funds only for projects with lasting value like Water conservation/supply/environmental protection/garbage treatment & disposal. In otherwords, as this scheme has killed agriculture, give employment only for such items which produces results with lasting value.

sir foriegn me MBBS krna india se sasta kyon h? or jub koi foreign se MBBS krke aata h uske liye test kyon? All India me 10+2 ke bad ek hi test hona chahiye or usi ka base pr MBBS , IT,Eng, Agriculture etc me administration hona chahiye. Isse students ko talent ke hissab se administration milega. All developed nations spend 3-4% of GDP on R&D whereas India is stuck at below 1% level, even China has managed to make it 2%. We need to transform from services provider and components supplier nation to a product supplier nation that can be achieved only through increased expenditure on R&D. My suggestion is to raise it to 2% within tenure of this government and raise expenditure on defence to 3% of GDP for secure and prosperous nation

Govt must give benefits like access to airport lounge, confirm train tickets, 15 free tolls, free access to museum and library (to inculcate habit of reading books and to know the history) like benefits to income tax payers paying tax on income above 10 lakhs by converting PAN card into chip based card to pre load the benefits into it

My suggestions for reducing black money from the system: 1. Reduce stamp duty on real estate, allow people to declare actual sale value by reducing the stamp duty drastically, Central govt can lead the way by doing this in Union Territories first. Bring stamp duty under GST. 2. Instead of focusing on salaried class who are forced to pay applicable taxes year after year, change focus to business community, see their sales for previous years and fix a small % of it as minimum income tax

A large number of senior citizens mainly depend on the interest they get on fixed deposits in public sector banks. From 2001 till 2019, the interest rate on such fixed deposits has come down from 15%pa to 6.7% pa (this may further come down to 6.5% pa when RBI cuts repo-rate further in near future). Compare the plight of these senior citizens with the rise in pension of retired government servants in the same period (2001 to 2019). Can the government offer fixed int rate say 10%pa for 65+yr old
