Honourable FM, 1. Remove Income Tax. If not then up to 10 Lakh - No Tax, From 10 L to 1 Cr - 10% and 1 Cr above - 20%. 2. Educational expenses and Housing loan installment amount should be 100% exempted for income tax calculation. 3. Education should be free for All. 4. TV, AC, Car are not luxury today but those are necessity like food & Shelter. They should be treated like that only and accordingly GST rates should be applied.

Respected Madam!!! Please focus on Real Estate developers & Construction companies, as they do a lot of cost cutting. As there designs are good but they apply less material and also decrease the inches for pillars. And after three years we had to make proper repairs & renovations. And builders they don't have flexible rates. As they earn 100 percent margin on one flat. So please I request to govt should come forward and allot some rates as per govt.

Hon'ble Ma'am, Please explore and study chances of creating or converting POST OFFICES our country into multipurpose center and service provider to general public. I believe due to lack of education or high cost involved to appoint Personal CA or advisor or lack of trust dissuade small traders and self employed in joining main steam of GST or and Income Tax. Post Office can create great opportunity for All. and great revenue booster for our nation too.

As our government wants its people to invest in equities for the progress of the country, i wish that government should make long term capital gain tax free again and may increase the number of years to more than 3 years. One year is not long term investment and tax burden is deterrent to investment and people opt for safer investments like FD and PPF.

Respected Hon'ble Finance Minister Madam, I believe that for any Govt to be successfully implementing all its citizen centric as well as other nation building schemes, it should get its all due taxes from its citizen, especially the Income Tax component. My suggestion is to increase this Income Tax component share to the Govt. The details I have compiled in the document and attached. I hope you will find the idea/suggestion implementable. Wishing you the very best in your endeavors.
