Hon'ble Ma'am, Please revisit features of REVERSE MORTGAGE for SENIOR CITIZENS has failed to give dignity and adequate protection with high interest rates, hard set of rules and apathy by concerned department meted out to most vulnerable age people where they can't fight for their own rights. It can provide great opportunity to financial institutions also if modified. I can also show you how and why present form is not right in present form.

Tax slabs need changes - introduce additional slab of 10% and have 30% rate for income above Rs30lak plus additional cess for Rs40lak to Rs50lakh and Rs50lakh and above. Right now standard 30% for above Rs10lakh earned by a 5-10 year experienced person to Rs40lakh earned by high level managers is a mismatch.

बजट में किसानों के हितों पर विशेष रूप से ध्यान दिया जाना चाहिए। Economy के क्षेत्र में globalization की जगह localization पर ध्यान दिया जाए।।

sir namaste, I want to bring your notice the following suggestions. 1. Bring back GIFT TAX. the gift tax exemption is only useful to like Chandrababu Naidu and like others. Sir, please think this example. Chandrababu Naidu ( nearly 70 years) having assets only 1 or 2 cr and his grand son devansh ( just 5years) having nearly 40 to 50 cr. (2) TRANSACTION TAX on immovable assets at the time of transfer 20% tax collect from seller and buyer. like income disclosure type. Please think about it Sir.

Pl remove MAT (Minimun Alternative tax) @ 20% on tax free income or lower tax income (tax free LT cap gain on STT paid shares which is now taxed @ 10%. MAT is taking away what is given under such exemptions.
