Respected sir/madam
First of all congratulations for second term of government
As per the budget my views and ideas regarding it are as follows
1) Governnment Should construct cold storages in each and
Every district as well as in every talukas
2) Give autonomy to farmers of each and every state that
They can sell their produce through contract farming
Abolish the monoploy of APMC as done in Bihar and MH
3)Please dont provide more and more tax benefits it will ruin
Our economy

Madam, In Income tax, notices in lots are being issued requiring details for last five years even for disclosed materials in the Returns under Section 147 & 148 of the Incometax Act, which is very much harassing for the common assesses. In my opinion, such notices should be issued only in selective cases, where certain information is available to the Department, which has not been disclosed in the Incometax Return.

It is a serious concern that despite serious efforts by the government, not much could be done to revive the current Medium Scale industrial accounts. NPA accounts settled by the banks do not have access for new financing. Current financing of such accounts by ARCs/NBFCs are too expensive and no unit can survive at such high-cost funds. As a result, company's operations cannot sustain.
A policy needs to be framed to provide cost-efficient funding to such accounts so that they can be revived
