Health and Education (including skill development) are primary responsibilities of govt. Increase the allotment to both. Also the GST on Health insurance and Skill development by private institution should be removed. Nationalized banks should not charge on transaction thru debit cards . The government should bear the cost incurred by banks. Govt. will save on Printing and distributing cash across the country. Also it will be easier to track transactions.

Senior Citizen should have the same Tax slab as Super Senior Citizen 5 lakhs or whichever is higher. Tax slab for both Senior & Super Senior Citizen should be same. Super Senior Citizen should be compensated more in other benefits like higher Mediclaim , Old age Sanatorium, Free or Subsidized Medicine etc In fact more tax free money should be left with Senior Citizens to enjoy their money helping them in their longevity of their life. While enjoying they will help economy by paying indirect Tax

I have below suggestions: 1. Paternity leave - Kindly make a at least 2 months paternity leave rule. This is very necessary as new born baby and mother needs every kind of support and care from the husband at first. Paternity leave is very compulsory in today's generation. 2. Private School Fees hike - There must be rules to check the fees hike in private schools. It seems like they have some pre decided figures to be taken from parents every year, just to increase school funds.

My suggestions for Union Budget 2019 is as follows :- To further boost economic growth, i would suggest that budget allocation shall be increased significantly for sectors like Agriculture, Rural development, infrastructure and Skill development. As these sectors play a major role in boosting economic growth, budget allocation shall be increased in the range of 25% to 50% in addition to the existing proposal of allocation. Robust growth in these sectors will be key to overall economic growth

Hi , My suggestion is whatever funds are sanctioned from the central government should be equally distributed to each state no need show partiality over some states. I think south states are given less priority in every aspect of development , hopefully change this time . Thanking you
