Hi Team, My suggestion towards Home Loan customer. Every bank reset ROI on quarterly basis. If customer wants to reduce down his/her interest rate then customer need to pay extra money to reduce rate. In other hand if ROI is increased then banks directly apply this rate to customer. There automatic machinizam where bank apply lowest ROI to customer without any cost as customer is already paying interest. Let me know if there is any confusion.

New IBC act should be applied only for NPAs above Rs 500 crores and large corporates. SMEs and companies created due to efforts of closed families should not be forced to bankruptcy due to short term stress in business. In Tirupur many genuine entrepreneurs facing genuine stress are on road due to using IBC act there by decades of entrepreneurship and employment is killed. so kindly introduce amendment that IBC can be applied only for accounts above Rs 500 crores.
