PM Narendra Modi looks forward to sharing his thoughts on themes and issues that matter to you. The Prime Minister invites you to share your ideas on topics he should address on the 79th Episode of Mann Ki Baat.

Send us your suggestions on the themes or issues you want the Prime Minister to speak about in the upcoming Mann Ki Baat episode. Share your views in this Open Forum or alternatively you can also dial the toll-free number 1800-11-7800 and record your message for the Prime Minister in either Hindi or English. Sir, There are certain Fundamental Rights in Constitution. Then there are other rights also, including the Right to Education. The time has come to enact Duty to Educate and make the State, Administration and Parents duty-bound to educate the child of the nation. Street children should be brought to school compulsorily by the administration, NGOs, Police etc and some system can be devised for that. Parents and guardians should be duty-bound to send the children to schools, else penalised.

श्रीमान देश में अपराध और अपराधी इस लिए है क्योंकि आजकल छोटे वेपन गवर्मेंट बेच रही है। हथियार रखना भी एक अपराध होना चाहिए। शहरों की सीमा में घुसने से पहले हथियार की चेकिंग होनी चाहिए न कोई हथियार लेके आना चाहिए न हथियार लेके जा सकता है। हथियार सिर्फ और सिर्फ सिक्योरिटी फोर्स और सेना के पास होना चाहिए। क्योंकि लाइसेंस वाले हथियार के आड़ में दूसरे हथियार से अपराध होते है। लाइसेंस वाले हथियार से घरेलू अपराध ही होते है। आगे आप समझदार है

Govt need to ask Heads of Vaccination: (i) why in US, Canada, no vaccination for one year if once Covid infected; then why in India after 90 days; (ii) why antibiotics when it is well known that antibiotics are for bacterial infections; (iii) why blind use of steroids when not much data is there on this aspect. time to permit real healing systems like Sujok acupuncture that only will create employment for 2 -5 youths in every village but also treatment without chemicals.

DDY Kendra started in most of the universities, which are conducting Skill oriented Courses. Awareness must be given about Admanirbargar scheme to the above students with the achievers. आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री जी , जैसा कि हम सब जानते हैं 26 जुलाई को कारगिल विजय दिवस मनाया जाता है। आपसे निवेदन है कि इस बार मन की बात में कारगिल विजय दिवस की बात करी जाए और उन सभी वीर जवानों का बलिदान याद किया जाए। उन्हें श्रद्धांजलि दी जाए जिन्होंने अपनी जान की परवाह ना करते हुए हमारे और हमारी इस मातृभूमि के लिए अपने प्राणों की आहुति और बलिदान दे दिया। मैंने उनके इन शौर्य, साहस अथवा बलिदान के लिए कुछ पंक्तियां लिखी हैं जो इस प्रकार है :-

Govt. should make oxygen plant construction for every 100 or above bed compulsory.Govt. should decided also about minimum ventilator facility bed say 50 bed.It is surprise that we increased penalty on traffic rule violation but we could not make any rule for penalty on disapproved covid behavior. There is no mechanism developed on issue of vaccination certificate to individual based on vaccination proof of the dates as per vaccinated person instead govt. providing certificates on wrong record.
