Senior Citizens are a huge untapped talent pool reserve available to the society. Especially the well qualified retired senior citizens from Government / Public Sector / Private sector have substantial savings and investment capacity. They should be encouraged and incentivised to move back to their native places (villages and small towns) and rebuild the rural economy. To begin with, 10-20 friends can get together and build a compact senior citizen facility for themselves. These facilities can carry urban facilities to the rural areas. To meet their healthcare needs, they can sponsor modern medical facilities, which will become available to all their fellow citizens. The senior citizen facility can provide skill training and employment opportunities to the local population (and also people who may be helpless / destitute / orphaned) and give them a new life of dignity. Depending upon the profile of the senior citizens, they can support the local school, set up industries etc.

Subject: Concern Regarding Excessive CBSE Activities Respected Sir, Being a teacher in a CBSE school, I would like to express my concern regarding the increasing number of CBSE activities conducted on the school premises. While these activities are important for the overall development of students, their frequency often hampers the academic performance of the children. I humbly request that the number of such activities be reduced. If this is not possible, then it would be fair that teachers are not evaluated solely on the basis of their API, as these activities significantly affect academic teaching time and outcomes.
