Sir, Considering the potentialities of Youth in nation building, kindly enhance the maximum age limit by atleast three years on all Central and State Govt Jobs ,wherever feasible.

R/Sir While reviewing report of expert committee on national minimum wages, and going through the food and non food expenditure, I have observed that Wheat and rice which is provided to eligible poor people through FPS accounts for 25% expenditure on food items and 12% in total expenditure. As such we are not achieving the target of food and nutritional security for poor people as envisaged in NFSA. A few points given in the document for consideration please.

R/Sir, I have worked on subject paper for quite some time. As per my assessment, there is a gap of about Rs 26 lac Crores in Final private Consumption expenditure and disposable income available with people. This is happening due to transactions taking place in Currency notes, suppressing income to remain in lower income slab (very few slabs in our scheme), etc. Few points are given in attached document for consideration please.

MoHUA has launched various programs such as the Smart City Mission (SCM) to tackle the urban issues of the nation. SCM is an urban regeneration and modernization program of the GOI with the mission to develop cities across the country. The Ease of Living Index is one of its initiatives that is quantified across three pillars: quality of life, economic ability, and sustainability. The fourth pillar i.e. Citizen Perception Survey assesses the sense of people's outlook on their respective cities and validates the analysis performed on the previous three pillars. Citizen Perception Survey would allow us to learn citizens' perceptions of the quality of life in their cities. Quality Council of India (QCI) believes there is no better platform to reach the target audience than "PM's Mann ki Baat" to inform Indian citizens about the need for active participation.
