Please assure the citizen about the security of country & about mistakes done previously by Nehru ji like giving Coco island to Myanmar which is further leased to China,unilateral ceasefire in 1948 - taking Kashnir issue to UN & your firm committment to correct these mistakes.

Modi Ji humbly request,please stand with approximately 6000 unemployed and jobless DRM (Daily Rated Mazdoor) workers of the WB Postal Circle. The DRM workers those who tirelessly served D/o Posts for last 5-10 years continuously to avoid any public complaint as well as to sustain the normal function of the post office. But today this workers are unemployed and jobless in the name of hiring new GDS staffs and facing huge difficulties. As a Guardian Sir please solved the problems of DRM workers.

our Loveable pm sir we request you to focus on farmers they are still seems to need ur help .Due to covid situation still the crops are not sell they brought loans from various methods .Now due to covid situation they are not getting minimum they invisted amount also plz focus on that and fix one reasonable price for each crop to buy from farmers plz sir my to feel them there is a strength that the government supporters and stands for them and I remember you sir it is also one pride for u sir.

Resp sir either state PSCs or UPSC should hold exam for Asistant Prof in Universities and ersential qualification should be UG ,PG with first class with UGC (NET). There should be no preference for Ph D holders as we are going to select a teacher and not a scientist . Even B Ed degree may be considered as it is related with teaching skill. Sir Ph D degree have no correlation with post of teacher in universities or colleges. Why these Ph D holders mostly fails to qualify the UGC *NET) exam .

Resp sir to attract the most genius and talented candidates for the post of Assttt Prof in Universities there should be a open exam and essential qualification should be PG in any suaject with NET Qualified candidates . There should be no preference or provision of extra marks for Ph. D. holders . Sir these Ph D. holders may be just expert of a topic and they infact does'nt have a proper undestanding of the subject as a whole. It is also source of corruption sir. Good governance is motive

Sir Ph D degree have no correlation with teaching skill therefore this degree should be linkf with post of Scientist and delinked with the post of Assistant Professor of degree colleges. Sir , even B.Ed degree may be preffered to Ph. D. degree for the post of teacher in degree colleges . These so called Ph D holders mostly fail to qualify UGC(NET) exam. Why ? Because such andidates does'nt have overall knowledge of any subject as a whole.

Resp sir my Man ki bbt is that the degree of Ph. D should not be qualification of teachers of degree colleges and universities. Sir Ug and PG students need subjeat experts and not researchisupervisor . The real and best talent not opt this important field as in universities there is large scale coquption in selection process of Asisstant professor as subject expert choose those students who did Ph D in supervision of interview board or their knowns. Its backdoor entry a kind of coquption.

Resp sir there should be no weightage of Ph. D. Degree in recruitment for the post of Asssistant Professor in degree colleges and universities foq teaching the UG and PG students. Ph. D. is nothing to do with expertise of a subject. A Ph. D. holder may have a little more knowledge of a branch or topic of a subject but overall if he is nt NET Qualified it means that candidate is not exper of a subject . There is need of a serious deate sir on my submission that no relation between Ph d and teachi

राष्ट्रीय सेवा एवं सुरक्षा व्यवस्था को उत्तम बनाएं रखने के लिए आवश्यक कदम - 1. जनसंख्या नियंत्रण कानून सीघ्र ही लागू किया जाएं । 2.देश की सभी सुरक्षा एजेंसियों को एकजुट किया जाएं । 3. देश के वे सभी भू-क्षेत्र जहां किसी भी तरह के जीव-जंतु निवास नहीं करते वहां अधिक से अधिक पेड़-पौधे लगाएं जाएं । 4. केन्द्र सरकार एवं राज्य सरकार किसानों से सीधे फसलें खरीदे तथा उनका उचित मूल्य किसानों के खातों में स्थानांतरित किया जाएं । 5. मांस प्रतिबंधित कानून लागू किया जाएं ।
