Respected prime minister I'm am practising orthopaedic surgeon my concern is about the qualities of young medical graduates every one want to be a specialist no body is willing to be Basic doctor what country need is basic medical graduate no one want to work rural areas all medical graduate has to under go minimum of 5 here's of rural services before getting registration for PG courses one year internee ship should be of two years our graduated has forgotten the basic art of medicine the clinical judgement is missing always depending on expensive investigation there by delaying early manage ment more over lack of working in team not discussing in decision making that is what is lacking this I say with my 45 years of medical practice

माननीय जी १० सालों में ६०% (साठ प्रतिशत) महंगाई बड़ी है। सरकारी कर्मचारी का वेतन भी बढ़ा। परन्तु मजदूर वर्ग, आउटसोर्स कर्मचारी के वेतन वृद्धि न के बराबर बड़ी। जबकि मजदूर वर्ग, आउटसोर्स कर्मचारी ही सबसे ज्यादा सहयोग करते है। आप इन लोगों की तरफ बिल्कुल भी ध्यान नहीं देते ओर ज्यादा काम इन लोगो से ही लेते है। मजदूर वर्ग, आउटसोर्स कर्मचारी को भी सरकारी नौकरी में परमानेंट क्यों नहीं करते। ०४ साल पहले जो वेतन था आज भी वही है। ऐसा भेद भाव क्यों ? क्या यह लोग आपके देश के नागरिक नहीं है क्या सिर्फ ओर सिर्फ बड़े (अमीर) लोग ही आपके देश के नागरिक हैं। आज के समय में ऐसा लगता है अमीर ओर अमीर ग़रीब ओर ग़रीब होता जा रहा है। पहले भी ओर आज भी यही चल रहा है। **देश में जो चोरी, गुंडा गिरी एवं महिलाओं से जो अत्याचार, बच्चों की चोरी आदि गंदे काम हो रहे उसके जिम्मेदार सिर्फ आपकी सरकार है आप चाहे मानो या न मानो क्योंकि लोगों को रोजगार मिल नहीं रहा रोजगार मिल भी रहा है 15,000 से 20,000 हजार में 4 लोगों का परिवार नहीं चलता। आज से समय में कम से कम 30,000 हजार में 4 लोगों का घर चलता है। जरा यहां भी ध्यान दीजिए।

Some suggestions requesting implementation of Compulsory Student Enrollment in National Service Scheme to spearhead economic empowerment in India and reduce the syllabus of +1 and +2 students. Reduce the syllabus of students of classes +1 and +2 by half from the existing system. Such hours can be devoted to efforts in agriculture and experimental methods of farming among the villagers for the agricultural prosperity of India. All students in +1 and +2 must be enrolled in the National Service Scheme and such students should be given priority for undergraduate admission. Then our country will progress more economically. Such services of NSS volunteers shall be paid fixed pocket allowance for 100 days towards washing allowance and minute income. This will build such a character among the students to earn while studying. It will be beneficial for financial progress in every corner of India. and govt welfare activities will reach through out India Krishnan 9446030279

भारत में आर्थिक सशक्तिकरण को बढ़ावा देने के लिए राष्ट्रीय सेवा योजना में अनिवार्य छात्र नामांकन के कार्यान्वयन का अनुरोध करने वाले कुछ सुझाव और +1 और +2 छात्रों के पाठ्यक्रम को कम करना। मौजूदा प्रणाली से कक्षा +1 और +2 के छात्रों के पाठ्यक्रम को आधा कर दिया जाना चाहिए। ऐसे घंटों को भारत की कृषि समृद्धि के लिए ग्रामीणों के बीच कृषि और खेती के प्रयोगात्मक तरीकों के प्रयासों के लिए समर्पित किया जा सकता है। +1 और +2 के सभी छात्रों को राष्ट्रीय सेवा योजना में नामांकित किया जाना चाहिए और ऐसे छात्रों को स्नातक प्रवेश के लिए प्राथमिकता दी जानी चाहिए। तब हमारा देश आर्थिक रूप से और अधिक प्रगति करेगा। एनएसएस स्वयंसेवकों की ऐसी सेवाओं को 100 दिनों के लिए धुलाई भत्ता और मिनट आय के लिए निश्चित जेब भत्ता दिया जाना चाहिए। इससे छात्रों में ऐसा चरित्र निर्माण होगा कि वे पढ़ाई के साथ-साथ कमाई भी कर सकें। यह भारत के हर कोने में आर्थिक प्रगति के लिए फायदेमंद होगा। इसके अलावा सरकार की कल्याणकारी गतिविधियों की ख्याति पूरे भारत में पहुंचेगी। Krishnan.S(9446030279)

To, The Hon’ble Prime Minister of Bharat Date: 16.10.2024 PM Office New Delhi Sub: Ganga adoption program for rejuvenation of the most holy river and heritage of Bharat Respected Sir, I would like to draw your attention towards various programs aimed at rejuvenating the most holy river of our country. These programs, so far, have not been effective or met partial success only. My experience in dealing with this problem says that apart from various reasons cited by experts, the chief reasons responsible were(i) lack of a regulatory body who could coordinate among Regional Pollution Control Boards, Central Pollution Control Boards, Industry to fix and legislate the issues of pollution in the Holy Ganga (ii) supply of sub standard type of equipment which could barely survive during warranty period or operate at much below their rated capacity during and after warranty period.
