To keep every part of our country neat and clean, there is one small thing that everyone knows is not to use plastic bags. It would be wrong if we expect that the people with voluntarily stop use of plastic bags. So, there must be compulsion and that would be possible if there is a complete ban on use of plastic bags. If we have to ensure non use of plastic bag then there should be complete ban on manufacturing of plastic bag. To impose complete ban on manufacture of plastic require strong will power of government. This will be possible only if there are strong instruction from your strong and valuable office. So request you to please issue direction to all the state government to ensure non use of plastic bag. If this is achieved, more than fifty percent of our Swachhata Abhiyan will be completed without any efforts. So please please isssue such instructions from your office
