Sir country is heading towards uncertainty issues .The reason can be contemplated as there us cronyism while Officers are posted without giving preference to the deserving guys. Moreover repeatedly we are giving plum posts to those indulged in psychophancy and resulting not to work as required as they feel secured and as such are not friendly to the common Indians and leading to division of the masses and creating reluctance in their mind to be proud Indians. Transfer policy of employees in India is self oriented and disgusting and needs to be revisted as each employee don't get the real opportunity to work for the country and also formula of maximum and minimum tenure at a place is in shambles and there is flow of money in transfers. There is no schedule on cards while placement in postings. Awards and rewards are shared by those enjoyinhg choice postings and others are rendered as redundant. Each should be trusted and given posting on rotation to feel them as proud Indians.

The needs of the world are constantly evolving, today we need a platform which can approach the world in very dynamic ways and not just by countries. An e-parliament where people can login from around the world, elect representatives, vote directly on issues concerning them, can be very nice idea. An e-parliament can not just replace tyrant non-elected governments but grow parallel along side them and let people choose the right leader. Like there is nobody who is incharge of Covid -19 on a world level, who can take action, build laws world over to ensure proper handling of pandemic. With e-parliament we can dynamic elect representatives/ leaders worldwide to look into/ solve the challenges like world is facing as a whole.

Builder is Big Fraud and has Support from Most of the Departments. Builder has still not offered us Possession , It's been 7 Years. Builder is offering FIT OUT POSSESSION with Huge Illegal Charges. He is openly demanding these charges and no Department is bothered hence Builder is Harrassing buyer's. There is no OC , even Project is still Incomplete with Expired NOCs. We request you to please look into this matter and get Justice for all Buyers. Full payment has been made to builder. We are Suffering since long time.

Honorable Prime Minister ji, Life is precious , During my last 25 years of sales travel I come across few people collapses in the road suddenly , Even i have gone through such pain, Though passers near by try to help the victims without knowing proper first Aid mechanism, I urge P.M Sir to look in this area and infuse a mechanism like training in the school or college or should have NGOS or in office to give proper training about first aid which will save life. My ideas would be: 1. As much buses are being replaced with electric versions, the auto rickshaws need greater push for acceptance. 2. Street lights across major locations and near suburban junctions should consist solar panels and should expand from those centers to the rest of the areas. 3. Major metropolitan cities and tier 2 cities too should make sure road infrastructure becomes smoother and free from potholes and should get a constant monitoring. 4. Lakes/Ponds framework should introduced for water retention at every few Sq. KM's. 5. Drying rivers should be given attention to arrest drought conditions as sunspot cycle keeps coming in and improve water availability. 6. Most govt. agencies such as Police Stations should also get digitization preference. 7. And with elections coming in 2024, religious incitements across states should get under control to avoid any anti incumbency. More conc. on work rather than responding to loud mouths is a must at grass root level.
