Sir what irony is this that people’s representatives who spend tax payers money and attend global conferences on climate change,on garbage treatment and waste water treatment technology as well as green electricity cannot implement the same in their own country in spite of having scientists ,technology and manpower,Instead we see rampant tree felling by government agencies for construction of highways and expressway and continued pollution of our ancient rivers, dumping of garbage in the open.

Sir,first of all thank you for giving this opportunity. My topic is about casual and practical,no one is following this. They are being formal and theoretical.Being formal in schools,in colleges, infront of their parents,in office,etc..,they are going blindly, not practically. Many of people are believing on superstition, not on scientists or experiments.Everyone should have to live a happy life not a boaring life. They should be happy with friends, family members, neighbours, parents, children. In foreign countries they are casual and practical.Having an earning hand at the age 18 here also that should have to,they lead their own life not by depending on parents.Having job at 18, making trips where they want to go, eating food what they want, marrying a person whom they likes more, having a girlfriend at 18 these are casual things. They are doing any work for their own profit only, they are very practical. We are all very traditional,in that we have to implement casualty and practicality.

Namaste Honourable PM Sir,
I would like to participate with following suggestions:
1) Many State Govts are proposing for "Early Elections" much before due dates without any valid public causes. This is causing public exchequer. Even Central Govt is encouraging such proposals. Pl examine and avoid such proposals in the public interest.
2) A candidate is contesting and winning from two constituencies in the elections at the cost of public money. Govt is again conducting bye polls at public exchequer. Govt should charge the expenses for conducting elections from the candidate.
3) Many State Govts are adopting the public schemes with their present leaders "Personal Names", instead of labelling with post name. Pl examine and issue instructions.
