मोदी जी नमस्कार सबसे पहले तो सरकार द्वारा चलाई जा रही आयुष्मान योजना, ई श्रम कार्ड योजना के लिए आपका बहुत-बहुत धन्यवाद्। सबसे बड़ी समस्या हमारे निजी क्षेत्र में चलने वाले अस्पतालों द्वारा मनमाना चिकित्सा खर्च वसूलने की है। ईएसआई के अंतर्गत अथवा आयुष्मान कार्ड धारक यदि किसी ऐसे निजी चिकित्सालय में जाते हैं जहां पर टाई अप व्यवस्था नहीं है तो वह मनमाना खर्च वसूल करते हैं जबकि कार्ड धारकों को सीजीएचएस रेट पर ही चिकित्सा प्रतिपूर्ति मिल पाती है जहां उन्हें ₹200000 खर्च करने पड़ते हैं तो उन्हें बदले में ₹ 40000 50000 ही प्राप्त होते हैं ऐसे में एक गरीब आदमी के लिए बड़ी समस्या खड़ी हो जाती है। मेरा आपसे निवेदन है कि आप राज्य सरकारों से अपील करें कि वह अपने राज्य में यह नियम लागू करें के सभी निजी चिकित्सालय किसी भी बीपीएल, ईएसआई, आयुष्मान, ई श्रम कार्ड धारक को अनिवार्य रूप से सीजीएस दरों पर ही चिकित्सा सुविधा उपलब्ध कराएंगे। यह गरीबों के जीवन को सरल करने में एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम होगा।

Most Respected and Hon'ble Modiji, The main reason for price rise is due to interference of middlemen. Actually a farmer gets very low for his produce. The middlemen not only one person, it is around 4 to 5 people who purchase and exchange to wholesalers and retailers. First step is to identify and diffuse without prejudice to any party colour such middlemen business by the Central Govt, then we can stop inflation to a certain extent. Middlemen fixed the prices and the common men are compelled to buy for their living while Government just becomes scare crows which gives opportunity for opposition to throw mud. Household gas prices to be brought below 100 rupees per cylinder however gradual increase can be made towards commercial use of gas. Because oil companies expenditure per cylinder comes to only less than Rs.2 or maximum Rs.5. Here also the middlemen rules over the prices. Gas is actually a waste which cannot be stored like crude oil. Gallons are wasted during exploration.

Hon'ble Modi Sir, Can we please take a moment to think about Soil, which is the very basis of life. Can we please make some laws regarding Saving Soil. It is predicted by 2045, our soil will not be capable of cultivation. It is a serious matter, please have a look on this.

मोदी जी नमस्कार ,जैसा कि आपने सरकारी खरीद के लिए जेम पोर्टल बनाकर अभी तक का एक बहुत अच्छा कदम उठाया है। इसके माध्यम से रिकॉर्ड स्तर पर सरकारी खरीद के आंकड़े प्राप्त हुए हैं परंतु इसके माध्यम से कई सरकारी विभागों में संविदा पर लगाए जाने वाले कर्मचारियों की संख्या का कोई आंकड़ा उपलब्ध नहीं कराया गया है। यह सरकार द्वारा परोक्ष रूप से प्रदान किए जाने वाला रोजगार है। इसके आंकड़े सार्वजनिक करने के बहुत से लाभ हो सकते हैं। मोदी जी मैं आपका ध्यान जेम पोर्टल के माध्यम से सेवाओं के लिए किए जाने वाले टेंडर की ओर दिलाना चाहता हूं । हमारे जीएफआर के अनुसार एल वन वेंडर को टेंडर देना आवश्यक है ।अतः कई सारे वेंडर ०.०१ प्रतिशत प्रॉफिट पर टेंडर करते हैं और अवैध रूप से उन व्यक्तियों से पैसा वसूल करते हैं जिन्हें रोजगार में लगाया जाता है इससे सरकारी धन की हानि भी होती है और काले धन को बढ़ावा दें मिलता है। यह भ्रष्टाचार बड़ी वजह बनता है । मेरा आपसे आग्रह है की इस नियम में परिवर्तन किया जाए ताकि बेरोजगार लोगों से अवैध वसूली को रोका जा सके तथा भ्रष्टाचार पर भी रोक लगे।

Background: When I was working with Chinese nationalities in ARAMCO- Saudi Arabia, there was a casual talk on Railways, Chinese colleague Li- showed me his photo along with her daughter, saying Shiva you know me and my daughter travelled in a train running 440 Kms/Hr to reach their Moms house from Beijing. I told Li- in India even after 75 years of Independence, we don't have such facility, and some times I am travelling to Delhi by train , it takes around 42 Hrs to reach Delhi from Bangalore and speed is maximum 100 Kms/Hr. Question: When is our rail system is going to improve and the current government is shortly completing 10 years in power and earlier Vijapayee Govt 5-years ruled. Mr. Modi you are highlighting repeatedly on India's rail achievements, can you throw some light on this!
