Dear Shr Modi Ji, I really appreciate the efforts you and your government is doing to promote Innovation and Entrepreneurship. The kind of initiative that are been taken is really appreciable. However, they lack depth and will make some incremental benefits and not exponential ones. The reason is that initiative are more "input" focused as against "outcome" focused. I have been meeting al stakeholders in the government at various levels and trying to make them realise the importance of "outcome". Many of them understand but have little knowledge of "how" it can be done. Our academicians are great in teaching "what" to do however they have little or no knowledge of "how" to do it when it comes to Innovation and Entrepreneurship. This is the single most reason that over 90% of entrepreneurial venture fail in 3-5 years at their infancy. Where as the in USA the success rate is over 50% (50% still fail in 5 Year as per Small Business Administration (SBA)).

namaste health India incentive for this health cards should have awareness among people all should be linked to addhar number even doctor doing local practise shoud have acess to out details of his patient why people donit go hospital in fear of been expensive they are money makers . rather they go local doctors and most of the time their illeness is not recorded or found. local doctors also earn good in cash ..as no records of income .. facility to link all local doctors dispncencirs hospitals data it will only happen when a patient history is their on the card. even last test done and recommended by any doctor. 2/ lab tests are still very expensive it should be minumum cost to reach out every one pocket . Indian has mentality god is their and we are healthy what's the point in getting so expensive lab tests ... this is very wrong mentality of thinking everywhere also local govt jobs private jobs should have in . their contract with employee to have yearly test for employees

Hon. sir, I am a Ayurveda Physician, doing Ayurveda Practices in Haldwani,Nainital,Uttarakhand. Ayurveda Student during BAMS Study both Ayurveda & Modern. Also we do internship in Ayurveda as well as Allopathy Hospital 6-6 Month. In some state both practices is permissible with some restrictions but in remaining state Ayurveda doctor can not do Allopathic Practice. even He is having experiance in Multispeciality Hospita of Allopathyl. I REQUESTED TO YOU PLEASE ALLOW OR RESTRICT ALLOPATHY PRACTICES WITH AYURVEDA FOR AYURVEDA VAIDYAS OR DOCTORS. I MEAN RULE OF PRACTICES SHOULD BE SAME IN INDIA & NOT TO BE STATE WIAE DIFFERENT RULE i.e. ONE NATION ONE RULE OF PRACTICE SHOULD BE APPLICABLE. This is my Suggestion.
