Respected Prime Minister, I seek your attention to the rampant misuse of women protection laws. While meant to safeguard women, these provisions are increasingly misused to harass husbands, elderly parents, and families, often alienating children from fathers. The SC has termed this “legal terrorism,” yet false cases go unpunished, burdening courts, police, and resources. From my personal experience of facing 23 cases in 7 courts across 5 cities, I see how one complaint multiplies into endless litigation, crippling productivity and destroying families. Such misuse erodes India’s global image, weakens the institution of marriage, and delays justice for genuine victims. I urge reforms: accountability for false complaints, stricter scrutiny, and mediation before litigation, judicial sensitization, time-bound disposal, and legal amendments. These steps will balance gender justice, reduce backlog, and restore faith in the judiciary. I humbly request you to include this issue in your agenda.

Respected honorable prime minister sir
As a Telangana school teacher I wish to submit that naming residential school and caste or community basis (BC,SC ,ST ,general, minority etc) sense divided message to students Education is meant to be equal for all irrespective of caste or religion .A common name for all such schools would better reflect unity and integration
In my humble opinion it would be more meaningful and socially integrative if all such institutions are brought under a common banner a similar unified name without community based tags, this would not only strengthen the spirit of National integration but also nurture in students the belief that they are first and foremost citizens of India learning together under one roof .
I kindly request you to consider this matter so that the nobel aim of equality through education is truly reflected in our system
With respectful regards
Yours sincerely,
V Radhika

Namaste
I would like to bring to your attention that many foreign NGOs and trusts working in India may not fully understand our traditions and cultural values. Because of this gap they approach the courts directly to raise their points. This takes up valuable court time and also affects public sentiment. For example
1.PETA is a foreign NGO concerned with animal welfare. It sees dogs and elephants as animals to be protected but looks at cows, pigs and goats mainly as food. Such views may be valid in their own countries but in India every animal is seen as a living being with sanctity
2 Human rights groups rightly advocate for equal rights but often fail to connect with the ground realities and needs of our country. Their approach sometimes looks detached as if they are third parties unable to relate to the real impact on Indian society
Foreign NGO trusts & companies with foreign stake should first present their observations to government body. Only if found relevant allowed to court.
