Sir, 1. पंचायत स्तर पर उन सभी लोगों का एक समूह होना चाहिए जो किसी भी सरकारी गैर सरकारी या किसी क्षेत्र के जानकर व्यक्ति हों।पंचायत के सभी उम्र के लोगों का अलग अलग समूह बनना चाहिए । 3. वह सभी लोग जो किसी ना किसी कार्य की दक्षता रखते हो उनकी संख्या के आधार पर वो पंचायत स्तर पर क्लास लेंगे। 4. इस प्रोग्राम का उद्देश्य कोशल विकास, रोजगार परक हुनर, सामाजिक सोच का विकास, पर्यावरण संरक्षण, आपदा से निपटने के लिए प्रारंभिक पहल, लिंग समानता, व्यक्ति विशेष के हुनर की पहचान आदि होना चाहिए। 5. यह प्रोगाम को पहले पायलेट प्रोजेक्ट के रूप में उन पंचायत में चलाना चाहिए जिनका शिक्षा दर अधिक हो। 6. ये प्रोग्राम वॉलंटियर चलाना चाहिए जिससे सभी लोग बिना दबाव के इस में शामिल होंगे। 7. पंचायत के सभी लोगो की भागीदारी सुनिश्चित करने के लिए प्रोत्साहन के रूप में पुरुस्कार प्रमाण पत्र देना चहिए। 8. सभी पंचायत ,एक्सपर्ट, सरकार आपस में एक दूसरे जुड़ने के लिए एक डिजिटल पोर्टल होना चहिए। 9. ब्लॉक स्तर ,जिला स्तर , राज्य स्तर केंद्र द्वारा समय समय पर इसकी मॉनिटरिंग होनी चाहिए ।

Respected Modiji,Namaste My Suggestion for better panchayat Raj are as follows: 1.Govt Should ban use of low quality plastic Indiawide 2.Govt should limit the cash usage to 3 lac p. a Nationwide 3.Govt should avoid giving and revoke exiciting freebies and strengthen taxation 4.Govt should provide quality food to people in Ration Shop by increasing food price and not for free 5.Renewal of Ponds,Lake should be done once in a year 6.Govt should moniter villages at par with cities for laundering activities 7.Govt should moniter the Information Technology companies to a large extent as money is laundered easily there. 8.Govt should strengthen the exciting rules and penalise severe fines in lakhs for rule violators e.g: 1 lakh fine for crossing signal and rash driving 9.Govt should moniter the Monitor the Minority mainly Christian Institutions In villages and ban their preaching in villages and nationwide. 10.Govt should monitor the Water and air quality in Villages.

Corruption in Ration shops under Public Distribution System. some Ration shop owners sells the goods/grains in black market government sent for poor Citizens. Actually many poor people don't know how much grains like wheat, rice, oil has been sent by concerned ministry. So the Ration shop owners takes disadvantages of their poority and illiteracy. They do not provide the decided goods to those beneficiaries. I request government to develop a system where there will be no corruption at Ration shops under Public Distribution System.

How do we know if any government scheme or development work is in progress at Panchayat level? There is no system developed by government for the people in villages to know the ongoing schemes or development work in progress at Panchayat level. This lack of transperancy has lead nourised the corruption at Panchayat level. No one knows how much funds has been allocated by government to Panchayat. Panchayat elected members and government officers show such schemes/works on paper and steal all the funds which they don't belong. This is happening since quite a long time. Develop a system which will provide every citizen residing in villages a detailed report about all ongoing development work and government schemes.

many issue like yearly flood, drought , and specific issues defers in different panchayat it ,is costly yearly expenditure without solution , many task must be taken at each panchayat level, for save water, our approach must be to live life in village with all facility at any calamity and minimize destruction, task must be given to panchayat member to assemble ,issues , ideas from village resident to each specific issues , issue like yearly flood, how to save same in productive way, it will be easier to apply think tank for permanent solution.
