Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has said India’s G20 agenda will be inclusive, ambitious, action-oriented, and decisive, establishing a presidency of healing, harmony, and hope.

Automation and ground-breaking technological advancements are fundamentally changing the nature of work in more than one way. Trends such as demographic transitions and technological changes such as Industry 4.0, Web 3.0, and extended reality technology bring immense possibilities that will forever change lives. This would imply significant workplace transformations and changes in the future of work that would be beyond human imagination. And to thrive in this new ‘World of Work,’ it is vital that skilling stakeholders comprehend these new trends and capacitate the existing education and skilling ecosystems.

Therefore, basis the announcements made in the ongoing discussions in the G20 Education Working Group 2023, the key takeaways about the future of the work are as follows and we seek ideas and suggestions from the public and other stakeholders on the same:

• The G20 Education Working Group has deliberated on pathways to make technology-enabled learning more inclusive, qualitative, and collaborative at every level.
• With the rise of automation across industries, it is imperative to mainstream foundational skills into the curriculum framework and facilitate dynamic learning over the life cycle to not only effectively measure the learning outcomes but also ensure people keep pace with the current factors of change. Education stakeholders must collaborate and focus on strengthening the foundational learning framework by leveraging technology and blended learning to ensure that students are equipped with the necessities for the future.
• The future of work is driven by the rising awareness of decarbonization and building a sustainable business, and the G20 countries recognise the importance of collective action in tackling environmental challenges as well as promoting transitions towards more flexible, transparent, and cleaner energy systems.

Schools and colleges to have vocational courses. Curriculum should include more of application based activities. Internship programmes should be organised right from the first year of the college. More focus should be on skill building rather than rote learning in schools.

Namaste all My idea is that children should be educated towards our culture and our nation also their should be more litercay rate in our country as our population has grown because more litracy can grown more demands of jobs ans it can make more company and emplyment will also grow also their will be more innovation of ideas and technoloogy and skill improvement also we shouid learn something from other developed countrys like Japan. They have lack of natural resources but they made human resources as their power and they took advantage of human resoureces and make technology also children should be thought what is important for their growth also children should not be forced by parents to decide their own carrer. children should be though how to make uses of our country resources properly also children should be given equal oppoetunity to perform their talent

Make the centrally-funded institutions to implement NEP 2020 in letter and spirit immediately; not tomorrow, not two years from now.. Others will follow. That should produce a workforce for the future work.

1 The person should be made aware about present scenario of technology for that we should have our National Magzines which will give us knowledge about these technology 2 Scientific Encyclopedias should be awarded with great importance 3. There should be celebration of book fair in schools colleges and even in different national companies on the occasion of teachers day every year 4 Libraries and Public Clubs should be made available in different tourism places which will enhance worldwide integration and high rate of Sharing of innovative ideas with our national culture 5 There should be Compeitition and Polling booth system organized for Contribution of state wise people towards Cleanliness , Fuel Conservation ,For technology adopted regarding Renewable energy sources & Prize should be awarded to the winner state will be considered no1 state 6 Compeitition should be organized regarding Science exhibition and winner should be awarded with different Indian novel cultural books

Ease of conversion of innovation to commercialization must be a key focus. As, AI might take up many jobs. Hence, if we need to prepare people for Industrial 4.0 era then we need to make sure R&D to commercialization cycle must be cut short. One best way is to make innovation through GST,where as royalty sharing can be constructed for revenue sharing. This might not be a problem with big companies but if the penetration has to happen in sme and msme. The best way is formalization of economy (get doing it). Through GST if some revenu from product sales could be tracked and hence royalty model could develop from it.
