Mentoring is a process for informal, formal transmission of knowledge and the psychosocial support perceived by the recipient as relevant to work, career or professional development. ""One size doesnot fit in ALL""-Mentorship is flexible, two -way relationship, an experienced mentor guides their mentees, Mentoring though formal / informal tends to be the primary route for talent development, supplemented by training or coaching as needed. It is relatively inexpensive & effective. The school children should be guided to adopt their mentors in early days . Parents are best one to do, followed by the teachers, there likely preachers can also be opted
