We cannot denied the fact that 5% of Indian out of 100% is vocationally trained.
Our country only focus upon how to fetch maximum marks in academics and ignoring the fact of practical learning.
First of all we should inculcate values among students and connect the into the real world problems and trained them to solve those real life situations.
If we appreciate their inner talent and not judge them as per their scores then it definitely generate positivity in their process of learning.

SOME PEOPLE DISTORT THIS, THINK THAT TREES GIVE OXYGEN,- more carbon than oxygen by burning leaves, farm waste we noticed in Delhi.
Till we put these organic waste to produce gas and distribute in place of LPG, CNG ETC, give free to these villages in place of imported gas, petroleum products and save foreign exchange.

every administrator/ government official shall undergo orientation course after a definite time period also based on his/her performance report. such training shall be constructive based on some practical tools rather than only lecture type and the person shall be accessed too to get a picture whether the individual is has attained the benefits of the training in spirit or not. whether the individual is capable to further practice the objectives of the training.
