The mentorship program is a good idea for guiding our youth to make progress in their domain the blue book serves as a manual for mentoring but instead of mechanizing the process it should be made open ended, accessible, and instead of a single mentor it should be a team of mentors from different domain guiding the individual. Also instead of making it technical it should be a spectrum of emotional, motivation, technical, and psychological process for more holistic success of mentee.

Rashtriya Ekta Divas (National Unity Day) is observed every year on 31st October to commemorate Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel’s birth anniversary. It not only commemorates the birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, the architect of national integration of independent India, but also re-affirms the inherent strength and resilience of our nation to withstand threats to the unity, integrity and security of the Country.
National Unity Day this year will follow the theme of Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsa
