To address the growing concerns in the present Accreditation and Ranking systems of the Government of India had constituted a High-Level Committee. This Committee considered the introduction of strategic reforms consistent with the vision of the National Education Policy 2020 and the need for adopting a simple, trust-based, objective and rationalized system for approval, accreditation and ranking of Higher Educational Institutions with a verifiable and secured centralised database through technology-driven modern systems. Methodologies for facilitating Ease of Doing Business for the stakeholders, duly facilitating students in making more informed choices for selection of institutions/ programmes were also considered by the Committee.

After a series of deliberations, a High-Level Committee has submitted its draft Report on ‘Transformative Reforms for Strengthening Periodic Assessment and Accreditation of All Higher Educational Institutions in India’ to the Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Education, Government of India.

In light of this, MyGov, in collaboration with the Ministry of Education, seeks feedback and suggestions from all the stakeholders for the finalisation of the report.

This report has now been placed in the public domain until 15th July 2023.

3. Students themselves can volunteer in final year or before year to call for campus selection or with the alumini members they can get contact and get jobs. We have done this way when we study final year BE. Some colleges does this. Probably all colleges can try to do. Whoever going higher class they can leave it. Others get placed. It is easy to get settled in college groups . When they are going outside it will be open to all. This is one way colleges students can get jobs fast way. Probably management also can support this.

before u get the assessment, y can't all the state board if not schools have their website running and updated . Not seen 1 school having lectures vdos on daily life skills, be it interview skill, listening, comprehension, public speaking, art of presetnation, all of the stuff here that can be shown on school websites. how to write better , student section of instagram, photos, vdos, their cleanliness, city parks, village activities. we have not yet started on Harvard /ox/camb ,what to say of linkedin. so many research students & guides not 1 contribution worth it. what to say of help, student guidance, career guidance. not 1 helpine for avoiding suicides, depression mental illness, not even in IIT where deaths keep occuring . so this sites feels like waste - writing mundane that is not available, we talk of vikasit bharat. Outside average student has all the life skills, exposure including knowing to ask for help and navigate 4 better life. Yes any assessment criterion known

Respected Prime Minister, PASSION FOR MOTHERLAND INDIA My concern is towards building a ‘Passion for Motherland India’ among the students in good higher education institutions like IITs, IIMs etc. This I feel is presently lacking and most students think only of themselves (good pay packages) and not of the nation. This trend needs to be changed. Students in IITs, IIMs should be motivated to work in India’s Defence Research, Space agencies etc so that they develop a Passion for Motherland. Senior bureaucrats, scientists, generals etc should visit institutions and motivate them to work to build a new India. Sadar pranam Major General Prakash Chandra Veteran

Respected Sir, Education is the pillar of any country who provides the livelihood to our citizens. No doubt education system is enhanced very much in last 2 decades, good education system is followed by everyone. But still Govt school colleges have poor performance as compared to private. this is all due to lack of supervision and monitoring system. We can improve it in few years if we adopt a good policy for same: if we give each school and college to any trust, ngo or any institution to take care of it, every thing will be as per govt rules funds expnses all, but only supervision and control will be given to institutions who are willing to show their capabilities. I feel when school college gets attention they will definitely get benifit from that attention.
