To address the growing concerns in the present Accreditation and Ranking systems of the Government of India had constituted a High-Level Committee. This Committee considered the introduction of strategic reforms consistent with the vision of the National Education Policy 2020 and the need for adopting a simple, trust-based, objective and rationalized system for approval, accreditation and ranking of Higher Educational Institutions with a verifiable and secured centralised database through technology-driven modern systems. Methodologies for facilitating Ease of Doing Business for the stakeholders, duly facilitating students in making more informed choices for selection of institutions/ programmes were also considered by the Committee.

After a series of deliberations, a High-Level Committee has submitted its draft Report on ‘Transformative Reforms for Strengthening Periodic Assessment and Accreditation of All Higher Educational Institutions in India’ to the Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Education, Government of India.

In light of this, MyGov, in collaboration with the Ministry of Education, seeks feedback and suggestions from all the stakeholders for the finalisation of the report.

This report has now been placed in the public domain until June 22, 2023.

Dear honorable members, It's always a good idea to create world class educational institutions which attract students from around the world creating an atmosphere for academics and sports within a mega campus.The multicultural influences in academics augurs well for having ideas and perspectives from around the world which could possibly lead to thesis on subjects that broaden our learning experiences.Many scholars have views and opinions that shape academic pursuits. Our country would do well to create institutional standards and liberal grants and scholarships that attract students from all countries. In this regard having accreditation systems for: 1 Quality of infrastructure 2. Quality of connectivity from university campuses 3. Quality of accommodation and residences 4. Quality of food and beverages 5. Quality of banking and financial services 6. Quality of food courts 7. Quality of Training and educational resources 8. Quality of sports facilities are important.

I would like suggest that at village leval city survey is still not completed and due to that many people are facing challenges. Locals are doing encroachments to many lands and claiming that it is theirs. Civil court cases takes long time to give opinions and there are lot of money west.

क्यों ना इस गणतंत्र दिवस सभी शिक्षण संस्थाओं में झंडारोहण माननीय अतिथि द्वारा नहीं बल्कि उन बच्चों द्वारा किया जाए जिनके कारण यह संस्थाएं वास्तव में संस्थाएं बनती है जहां भावी पीढ़ियों को तैयार किया जाता है इस उद्देश्य के साथ कि यह वर्तमान पीढ़ी तिरंगे के प्रति उसी प्रकार से समर्पित हो सके जिस प्रकार से अब तक हम लोग समर्पित होते हुए आए हैं ताकि देश उसी सोच के साथ आगे बढ़ सके जिस सोच के साथ इस देश की स्थापना की गई थी

I am an entrepreneur. I have been taking interviews and have observed that the knowledge levels are very low. Candidates are very poor in basic math and communication. I suggest that more effort and improvement is needed at high school level and stricter assessment there. This will lead to better understanding at higher studies.

Periodic assessment should be done first by the university to which the college is affiliated then the next periodic assessment and so on.. . by other universities all over the country. Only by this method standardization of the assessment and suitability of the qualifications and experience will be widely distributed and uniform over the entire country.

agar higher study k liye koi professional course kartey hai to fee bhut jyada hoti hai, kuch students study mein acche hotey hai, aur apna dream isilie pura nhi kar patey kyuki fee bhut jyada hoti hai educational institutions mein,, fees Kam honi chahiye. sabko equall opportunity milni chahiye. teacher should be professional and know about right definition of teacher, how to behave with students and give equall opportunity to all. partiality nhi honi chahiye.. kuch reasons ki vajah se institution grow nhi kar pa rhe,, institution ka naam ya fee jyada hona hi sab kuch nhi hai, balki un sab k andar quality of teacher and students, task analysis, independency honi chahiye. thanks
