To address the growing concerns in the present Accreditation and Ranking systems of the Government of India had constituted a High-Level Committee. This Committee considered the introduction of strategic reforms consistent with the vision of the National Education Policy 2020 and the need for adopting a simple, trust-based, objective and rationalized system for approval, accreditation and ranking of Higher Educational Institutions with a verifiable and secured centralised database through technology-driven modern systems. Methodologies for facilitating Ease of Doing Business for the stakeholders, duly facilitating students in making more informed choices for selection of institutions/ programmes were also considered by the Committee.

After a series of deliberations, a High-Level Committee has submitted its draft Report on ‘Transformative Reforms for Strengthening Periodic Assessment and Accreditation of All Higher Educational Institutions in India’ to the Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Education, Government of India.

In light of this, MyGov, in collaboration with the Ministry of Education, seeks feedback and suggestions from all the stakeholders for the finalisation of the report.

Before Assessment, we should think, for Examination pattern. For becoming professor you have to pass NET exam or by phd. For NET exam, we have reservation for entrance exam. If you score Min. 55 % for General category. Otherwise it is 50%. I think this should not be any limitations for any category for fighting NET Or any other Exams.

Respected Honourable PM sir, I request you that please accept my suggestions about enrich the higher education.1.Indias higher education system was ranked 26th in the world. Interim assessments can help teachers for identifying gaps in student understanding &instruction; ideally teachers address these before moving on or by weaving remedies into upcoming instruction &activities. 2.it supplies information that can motivates students to set, achieve&celebrate learning goals. 3.FCA is important because it provides information about learning that can be used to diagnose learner strengths &needs. provide feedback on teaching &learning process, provide a basis for instructional placement, inform &guide instruction, communicate learning. it measures how a student is learning during a course of study 4.summative assessment - designed to measure "how much "a student has learned after a unit or course has completed 5formative continues assessment allows to focus on learning instead of grades
