To address the growing concerns in the present Accreditation and Ranking systems of the Government of India had constituted a High-Level Committee. This Committee considered the introduction of strategic reforms consistent with the vision of the National Education Policy 2020 and the need for adopting a simple, trust-based, objective and rationalized system for approval, accreditation and ranking of Higher Educational Institutions with a verifiable and secured centralised database through technology-driven modern systems. Methodologies for facilitating Ease of Doing Business for the stakeholders, duly facilitating students in making more informed choices for selection of institutions/ programmes were also considered by the Committee.

After a series of deliberations, a High-Level Committee has submitted its draft Report on ‘Transformative Reforms for Strengthening Periodic Assessment and Accreditation of All Higher Educational Institutions in India’ to the Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Education, Government of India.

In light of this, MyGov, in collaboration with the Ministry of Education, seeks feedback and suggestions from all the stakeholders for the finalisation of the report.

Respected Hon. PM, Please tell the MoCA, and related Civil Aviation Dept. a special permit to issue Kerala State, Kannur International Airport (CNN) can operate the International Airlines service with immediate effect. We, Gulf NRI’s mostly depending on this sector especially Gulf sectors. Currently Go First Airline stopped service last month. Currently Airindia Express only servicing with high price ticket. Many of them boycotted their service, the reason that the high price. Aircraft servicing little passengers. The same will continue Airport services will be shutdown soon. So that, your valuable action required on it. In Gulf sector Educational institutions are going to close as summer section. Many families depending in the sector. Either improve national Airlines operation or allow to International Airlines operation. Thank you very much for your earliest action and support. Jai Hind

Periodic assessment and accreditation of higher educational institutions are essential for ensuring quality education. To strengthen this process, reforms such as transparent and objective evaluation, emphasis on learning outcomes, involvement of stakeholders, continuous improvement, use of technology, international benchmarking, incentives for excellence, collaboration among institutions, emphasis on diversity and inclusion, and focus on employability can be implemented. These reforms can help improve the quality of education, prepare students for the global workforce, foster a culture of continuous improvement, promote diversity and inclusion, and enhance the employability of graduates.

5. Reservations in education should be who has poor background. When we got independence, Rajaji was saying after 50 year we have to remove the reservations or cast based. Heard from elders. Now we are 3rd active generation after independence. We can see many low cast reached better positions. So we need to recheck the reservation system. Sometime poor low cast not benefitted, rich low cast getting benefitted. Similarly if previous 2 generation low cast got benefits they well settled then this reservation is not required for the coming family members. It is like Ration card giving some are not getting intentionally as they well settled. Some getting due to poverty. Similar analysis. Need to validate and check.
