To address the growing concerns in the present Accreditation and Ranking systems of the Government of India had constituted a High-Level Committee. This Committee considered the introduction of strategic reforms consistent with the vision of the National Education Policy 2020 and the need for adopting a simple, trust-based, objective and rationalized system for approval, accreditation and ranking of Higher Educational Institutions with a verifiable and secured centralised database through technology-driven modern systems. Methodologies for facilitating Ease of Doing Business for the stakeholders, duly facilitating students in making more informed choices for selection of institutions/ programmes were also considered by the Committee.

After a series of deliberations, a High-Level Committee has submitted its draft Report on ‘Transformative Reforms for Strengthening Periodic Assessment and Accreditation of All Higher Educational Institutions in India’ to the Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Education, Government of India.

In light of this, MyGov, in collaboration with the Ministry of Education, seeks feedback and suggestions from all the stakeholders for the finalisation of the report.

This report has now been placed in the public domain until June 22, 2023.

before internet, after internet computers provided to the govt schools,. most of purchased computers their selves 5G network is opportunities available, millions of smart mobile users are now in India but still most of education sector teachers & their founders don't have knowledge on management of "office suite" apps, smart mobile management, all are using free Email identity ( out side country companies brands ) free WhatsApp, free social media are using continuously twist is for free publicity purpose using by all but controls the students, don't allows in the "institutions" smart mobile, internet,.. and speaks all of those —> students failures getting in the education ! 😧 digitalization failures only by the first at education institutions ( schools, colleges, engineering colleges, universities,... ) Still 90% don't have knowledge on office suite, mail,..management, digital education don't implements by all of them; reimbursements pay directly to the students bank account only

PMO. Sir please pardon me for using this platform for another important concern at the moment. I have already submitted my suggestion on Accreditation of Institutions of higher education. Sir, the country is on a fast paced path of progress and I want it to continue without any hiccups. The women wrestlers problem may have the effect of Snowballing into a much bigger problem if we do not do something which is convincingly visible to the citizens of India. I agree FIR's have been filed but something else also needs to be done by which people are convinced the government is taking steps in the right direction. I am not competent to suggest that or those steps. But there can be no smoke without fire maybe assumed. Earlier Nirbhai case in 2012 snowballed into a huge problem for the previous government. The women constitute 50% of the voters and are highly emotional and connect easily with their sisters. Sir, our nation is on the upswing. It must not slow down. Thanks

I wish values teachings to be included in every school, college and universities, so that we hold the same values. No difference will be left then in any religions based issue. It will make the growth of child in well manner. Another thing we have increased the speed of firecrackers sound, speed of vehicle,to reach earlier, but forget human needs clean water to drink, safe environment to live. We in order to reach earlier, to become rich, we reduced the age of human. I request PM Narendra Modi ji to consider both views in order to have clean environment, healthy mind for the future growth of country.

Dear Sir, I would like to know 1) if it is possible to convience all well-known Univercities worldwide if they open their Branch In India 2) We create world class univercities in India.. we had Nalanda and Takhsdhila vidyapidh. 3) In higher education like IPS /IAS there should not be reservation quota.. any post for policy making people or Higher level service only eligible people must be given priorities as they will create future of the country and also implement our system properly.. so reservation must not be there in higher category education let the come on their merit which will help to assist to built country in right direction. 4) All Leaders in politics from district level to Rajya sabha /Loksabha members must give education to their children in India only.. if they have willingly came to politics to serve the country then they should not send their children abroad for higher study ..

I request you to add some exceptions to freedom of speech. The exception is ' no one is allowed to utter a word against country and religion if it's their own or other. Also attach a strict punishment against an individual or legal entity. I know this is not the part of the listed issue but I want to convey this message because there is an urgent need.

Respected sir We like your political to-do list and arrangement of political to-do list. We like the concept of One nation one administration. We should recommend you to follow this concept in every department by making corporation or body under an act of parliament. For that government should eliminate state list and all subjects of state list add with concurrent list it makes cost effective administration and solves many problems. I recommend you to follow this approach also in the education department because after class 12 youth is confused where he joins University or college I recommend you to make a single body who acts CBSE and universities or colleges act like educational institutions for studies.

There can be many higher studies colleges if the goverment takes steps in removing higher education colleges under univercity control and make tgis colleges under a ministry of education and other related organization and not under chancellor of university. By this way many industry or companies give higher educatiin to qualified people by a course study not by apprenticeships. Many Indusrry that struggle to find the suitable emplpyees who done the course now from various college can not opt tp selevt the candidate by doing thete course in self management colleges not as a apprenticeships jobs. This way thos apprenticeships work can ve rempved if the education can shift frpm umder univervity cancellor control to a autonomous body under ministry of education By this way many foreign companies will open there company with higher education centers so that they make good production work in india not by the apprenticeships work as they selevt candidate from.their colleges
