As a young student and teacher, I would like to draw the attention of concerned authorities to such a serious matter during primary education in schools students have to go through 4 exams each in duration of 2 months with lots of syllabus. So to get a higher rank they start mugging up because they know teachers give those questions in exams that they have already written in their notebook. So my suggestion is that instead of 4 exams there should be 3 so that students may get more time to explore their lessons and learn more instead of mugging.

Can be done. More importantly implementation should be done step by step with proper planning.

Dear honorable members,
As per research in the areas of Consciousness it can be said to be a multi disciplinary subject since we process signals in the Brain at different 'levels'. If we consider neural coding approach in Consciousness research then both quantization and psychophysics are important aspects in dimensional & projective stimulus encoding since we look at aspects of consciousness with narratives which allows us both a constructive approach as well as posited levels in consciousness states

Dear honorable members,
It is now increasingly important to upgrade military training programs and syllabus to include cutting edge technologies in "military deception"
Technology in the aid of military deception
1. Interpretivism
2. Quantization methods in deception
3. Multi stimulus in applications in deception
4. State change in frame analysis (fps)
5. Signal types in deception (convergence) in effects based operations
6. Transformations in deception
7. Sequencing in deception
8. Simulation in deception
These are multi disciplinary research programs and includes various domain integrations. Effects based operations also include deception because the kind of effects could be way beyond what is analyzed

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have done PhD from America and I have been doing radio and cryptography analysis with our armed forces under civil-military fusion. We found many things in science which are delibrately mis-taught by foreign ppl. So many maths methods are hidden and misguided.
The whole education system has become a factory to export students to foreign countries. So many international journals rejected my papers for no real reason. Finally with great difficulty I reached 5 papers, 1 dissertation and 2 patents. 40 citations on papers and 11 citations on patents. But it was very difficult. I did not accept any foreign money or pvt money for my startup. Meity funded me.
So, in evaluating our Indian institutions see if some professor or student has been targetted. Social media and on ground impact of my work is much much more. I have done many practical useful things. I solve maths puzzles all day, but foreigners laugh at me and harm me
Regards
Manish

Higher education is about financial ability over intellectual ability. Lately higher education is in the hands of corporators. The country wants talent, but they want profit. Higher education policy needs to be reformed for nation building.
